White Friday sale: Etihad offers 35% off flights for early 2026 travel
Explore Asia’s top destinations at discounted fares
ABU DHABI – Etihad Airways has kicked off its White Friday sale, offering UAE travellers discounts of up to 35 percent on airfares.
The week-long promotion, launched this week, encourages passengers to “buy what really matters – experiences and connections that come with travel.”
Bookings for the sale remain open until 30 November, with travel valid from 13 January to 24 June 2026. The offer is tailored for early planners and families eager to reconnect abroad.
Dream destinations
The discounted fares cover popular leisure and cultural hotspots across Asia, including Phnom Penh, Hong Kong, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, and Medan. Etihad’s growing network from Abu Dhabi ensures travellers can access these destinations conveniently.
“Whether you’re exploring the vibrant streets of Phnom Penh or relaxing on the beaches of Krabi, your next adventure begins the moment you board,” an Etihad spokesperson said.
White Friday sale
Passengers can book White Friday fares directly via etihad.com or the airline’s mobile app. The sale aligns with the growing travel demand from the UAE, as residents plan trips well into 2026. Analysts predict early next year could see one of the busiest outbound seasons for Abu Dhabi International Airport, boosted by competitive fares.
An Etihad representative added, “This year’s promotion is designed to inspire travellers to make memories that last beyond the season.”
Fleet expansion
Etihad has also revealed plans to expand its aircraft fleet from 170 to 200 jets by 2030, supporting its goal of carrying 37 million passengers annually. The airline confirmed an order for 32 new Airbus aircraft, including freighters, underlining its rapid growth strategy.
